This was my sixth car purchase, and unfortunately, my experience with the client advisor was the worst I have ever had. Here are some reasons for this disappointing process: On March 4, 2025, after I communicated which car I wanted, I received an email from the client advisor about a price adjustment. Since he knew from the beginning which car I wanted, I anticipated positive news. However, upon checking the dealer's website, there was no change.
