This was my sixth car purchase, and unfortunately, my experience with the client advisor was the worst I have ever had. Here are some reasons for this disappointing process:
On March 4, 2025, after I communicated which car I wanted, I received an email from the client advisor about a price adjustment. Since he knew from the beginning which car I wanted, I anticipated positive news. However, upon checking the dealer's website, there was no change. I was emailing with Steve Meloney in sales and I highly recommend dealing with him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He was very friendly, open, and honest. The E-class I was looking at had just sold before I contacted them, so I wasn't able to make a deal, but Steve was great to work with and replied back to my emails right away. You should ask for him by name if you want a hassle-free experience.

I went to another dealer much closer to home and I was disappointed in the service., The service provided by Jacob Kapolka was excellent so we decided to stay with him and Mercedes- Benz of Hoffman Estates. Horrible options for financing as they only allow in house financing. They do not accept Navy Federal or USAA which made trying to make a deal extremely difficult. The terms and conditions were not favorable especially when a Navy Federal is close in the area.

I finally found the perfect used car but it was 800 miles away!! It’s difficult to buy a car sight-unseen but this one was a Certified Pre-Owned that checked all the boxes for me and my salesman, Kirk made buying it easy. Kirk let me inspect the vehicle using FaceTime so I was able to see everything that I wanted to look at up close.
