The phone interactions were great—Julian was responsive and helpful during negotiations, gathering paperwork, and closing the deal. However, the follow-through on delivery day was disappointing.

We had a very complicated situation and specific vehicle we were looking for and Ronnie did everything he could to help us out. Ronnie was the consummate professional.
