With its flexible seating configurations, including the 40/20/40-split second-row seats and the 50/50-split third-row seats, the GLB has a cargo capacity ranging between 12.4 cubic feet and an impressive 62 cubic feet. This latest infotainment system comes standard with a 10.25-inch touch screen and 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, voice control with natural language understanding, Hey Mercedes keyword activation, an interactive wireless charging pad, and HD radio. The GLB 250 and GLB 250 4MATIC® feature a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with a mild hybrid system that produces 221 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. Both these SUVs can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 6.9 seconds. The AMG® GLB 35 offers a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine that delivers 302 horsepower, 295 lb-ft of torque, and a 0-to-60 mph acceleration time of 5.4 seconds. All these engines are paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The estimated fuel efficiency for all the GLB SUVs is 21 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway.

Drivetrain and Chassis

The GLB 250 comes standard with front-wheel drive, while the GLB 250 4MATIC® is equipped with Mercedes-Benz’s unique 4MATIC® all-wheel-drive system. The AMG® GLB 35 features the AMG® Performance 4MATIC® all-wheel-drive system for enhanced traction. These 4MATIC® systems modify the front and rear torque to provide optimal stability and responsiveness.
