Providing an easy way to take care of your required vehicle maintenance in a timely and cost effective manner, a Mercedes-Benz Prepaid Maintenance* plan allows you to “lock-in” the cost of vehicle maintenance before your first service visit or before you reach 10,000 total miles, whichever comes first. You can save money while having peace of mind in knowing that your future maintenance services will be completely covered.

Choosing Your Payment Option

When you choose a prepaid maintenance plan at the time you purchase your Mercedes-Benz, the cost can be folded into your monthly payments, or you can choose to pay the full amount upfront. The maintenance plan is available anytime before your first service visit, or before 10,000 miles, depending on which occurs first.

Here’s what you’ll receive with each service visit with Mercedes-Benz Prepaid Maintenance Coverage:

Plan Coverage

• Premier PPM is available for vehicles with less than one year in-service, prior to their first service and with less than 10,000 miles, whichever comes first.
• Star PPM (PO PPM) is available for vehicles 8 model years old or newer with less than 80,000 miles.
• Is available on all models except SLS and AMG® GT Black Series. • Up to 4 years of required service interval coverage.

Mercedes-Benz Star Prepaid Maintenance

Another option is our Mercedes-Benz Star Prepaid Maintenance, which is available for vehicles from the 2007 model year to the present. With Star Prepaid Maintenance, you get coverage for all of your vehicle’s required service as long as your recommended maintenance visits are performed in consecutive order. There are several flexible payment options available, just as with the new car Prepaid Maintenance plans.
