Finding a luxury Sprinter van with a real, fully private bathroom is harder than it sounds. Most "conversion vans" do not include a bathroom at all. Most that do include a wet bath configuration — toilet and shower in the same small compartment — that functions adequately but feels like an afterthought. Midwest Automotive Designs builds the exception. Both the Luxe Cruiser and Passage include a full rear wet bath built to residential quality standards, with a porcelain toilet, solid surface sink, brushed nickel hardware, and sealed shower walls that clean easily and hold up over time.
These are not cargo van conversions with a porta-potty. They are RVIA-certified Class B motorhomes whose bathroom design was engineered from the start as a primary feature of the vehicle — not an add-on. The dual-entry design, the tank heating pads for cold weather use, the power bath vent, and the Sani-Flush automatic tank management system all exist because Midwest treats the wet bath as seriously as the kitchen or the seating.

A wet bath places the toilet and shower in the same sealed room — when you shower, the entire compartment gets wet, including the toilet. This is the standard configuration in Class B RVs because it maximizes space efficiency. A dry bath separates the toilet and shower into distinct rooms, which requires significantly more length. Both the Luxe Cruiser and Passage use a wet bath layout, which is why they achieve full bathroom capability in a 19- to 24-foot vehicle.
